The year is 2022 and there are still people who do not understand the importance of Diversity!! There is still much to debate and learn, especially when it comes to professional and corporate environments.

To promote real transformations in companies, it is necessary to advance the diversity agenda, with intentional strategies and actions that also promote Equity and Inclusion. These are the pillars to strengthen the culture and best ESG practices in companies, starting with knowledge about the topics.

Diaspora.Black, in partnership with Scaffold Education, has developed high-impact content to engage employees in this cause! The goal is to present basic concepts of Diversity, Racial Equity, and Inclusion, to understand the origins of existing inequalities in society and recognize how they manifest today in our daily lives, even in the work environment.

The content was developed based on listening to diversity and inclusion professionals in the sectors worked on in focus groups, where we were able to gather valuable contributions about the demands and pains of companies on the topics. This process was mediated by the specialist in Education for Ethnic-Racial relations Veronica Vassalo, also a pedagogical consultant for the course.

With accessible language, and dynamic and empathetic methodology, the content is distributed in a gamified Journey, with booklets, exercises, and prizes. Throughout the episodes, With a dynamic approach, we will work on motivation for promoting diversity among different teams in the workplace and beyond.
