There is forró for all tastes in the city! From traditional to vegan, everyone has a party to call their own. We list some of the most traditional festivals in the city, with programming of shows, games, typical food stalls, and much more!

For each weekend of the month, a special program! And it starts this Saturday, with a more than special celebration!

  • AfroArraial

June party to exalt black culture, which seeks to promote diversity, with a cultural proposal that embraces June traditions, but fosters African culture.

The party will take place on 06/15, Saturday, at 3 pm, at Rua John Harrison, 201 - Lapa, a 2-minute walk from Lapa station on the Rubi line of CPTM.

It's a party for the whole family with music, games, exhibitions, raffles, good food and drinks, and lots of joy. It's a party open to all ages, with activities for children.

AfroArraial has open paçoca all night long!

  • June Party at Casa de Cultura Butantã

When: 1 to 30 June | Saturday and Sunday, from 11 am to 8 pm
Where: Av. Junta Mizumoto, 13 - Jd. Peri

A tradition in the neighborhood for over 10 years, hundreds of people participate in the party that features various attractions. This year, musical performances of forró, samba, and samba-rock take over the event. Typical foods, games, and quadrilles will also not be left out.

  • Vegan June Party at VegNice

When: Saturday and Sunday, from 12 pm to 9 pm (until the 30th)
Where: Rua Dr. José de Queiroz Aranha, 92 (near Ana Rosa metro station)

The party is made for you to enjoy the biggest vegan June festival in São Paulo with the typical delights of the most beloved festivity in Brazil (vegan versions, of course); delight yourself with other options of savory and sweet snacks (including gluten-free), and drinks; acquire handicrafts and also vegan cosmetics.

  • São João de Nóis Tudim

When: 1 to 30 June | Saturday and Sunday, from 1 pm to 11 pm
Where: CTN - Rua Jacofer, 615, Limão neighborhood

The Northeastern Traditions Center, north zone of São Paulo, is preparing for another edition of São João de Nóis Tudim. There are five weekends, and according to the organization, the expected audience is over 80 thousand people throughout the event. The entrance to the party is free!

  • Santo Antonio de Lisboa

When: 1 to 30 June | Saturday and Sunday, from 6 pm to 10 pm
Where: Paróquia Santo Antônio de Lisboa - Rua Euclides Pacheco, 1980 - Tatuapé

There are several stalls with many delights, such as caldo verde, macaroni, pizza, fogazza, barbecue, hot wine, mulled wine, Portuguese sweets, various sweets, caramelized fruits, and many other delights, in addition to the famous codfish cake.

  • Quermesse at Nossa Senhora da Conceição Parish.

When: until 30 June | Friday to Sunday, from 7 pm
Where: Praça Silvio Romero

Following the line of the neighborhood's quermesses, the party at Nossa Senhora da Conceição Parish will feature various typical food stalls, games, and lots of fun for the whole family.

  • 18th June Party Vila Maria Zélia

When: until 30 June | Saturday, from 7 pm to 11 pm; and Sunday, from 6 pm to 10 pm
Where: Rua dos Prazeres, 362 - Belenzinho

Amid an urban relic, there is a genuine June celebration! Until the end of the month, food stalls, games, and live shows liven up Vila Maria Zélia.

It is a picture of the history of São Paulo, existing and resisting.

  • June Party at Consolação Church

When: 1 and 30 June | Saturday and Sunday, from 6 pm to 12 am
Where: Rua da Consolação, 585

One of the best-known in the city promises not to end the São João tradition and to serve plenty of hot wine, mulled wine, pastel, corn, canjica, pamonha, curau, broths, crazy meat, pork loin sandwich, hot dog, grilled meat skewer, and other June delights. In addition to the stalls with typical foods, visitors will enjoy a lot of music, with live shows to excel in the dance!
